All curriculum, frameworks, lesson structures, terminology, diagrams, formulas, and written material on Sovereign Wealth Academy ("SWA") are the intellectual property of the SWA owner. Reading, studying, and discussing the material with your family or students is free and encouraged. The terms below apply the moment you use the material to generate revenue, raise capital, build a product, or teach for compensation.

1. Personal & educational use — free

You may read, save, print for personal use, and discuss the material with family, tutors, or a classroom you are not charging for. Attribution is appreciated but not required for purely personal study.

2. Attribution — always required outside personal use

Any public reference, citation, slide, video, post, course, coaching session, book, fund prospectus, software product, or AI training dataset that draws from SWA material must include a visible credit: "Source: Sovereign Wealth Academy — thenexusmarket.info" with a working link where the medium supports links.

3. Royalty — when money changes hands

If you, your company, your fund, your course, your coaching practice, your software, or any derivative work generates revenue, fees, AUM, carry, commissions, or token value that would not exist without SWA material, a royalty is owed to the SWA owner:

10% of gross revenue on courses, coaching, workshops, books, videos, or memberships that re-teach SWA material.
5% of management fees and 5% of carry/performance fees on any fund, RIA strategy, or investment product whose thesis or playbook is derived from SWA material (including buy-borrow-die, infinite banking, SBLOC, or trust-loan strategies as taught here).
3% of gross revenue on software, AI agents, or fintech products built on SWA frameworks.
Equity equivalent: if the derivative work raises capital or issues tokens/equity, the SWA owner is entitled to the cash equivalent of the above percentages from each round or issuance.

Royalties are reported quarterly and payable within 30 days of quarter-end. The SWA owner reserves audit rights with 14 days' notice.

4. Credit on creative & strategic gains

Where royalties don't cleanly apply — for example, a strategy you executed for yourself that produced a documented gain, a tax savings, or a published case study — the SWA owner is entitled to written credit in any public discussion of the result, and to use the case (anonymized at your request) as a teaching example.

5. Prohibited without a separate license

Reselling the lessons verbatim or as paraphrased copies.
Training a commercial AI model on SWA material without a data-license agreement.
Using SWA name, marks, or "Sovereign Wealth Academy" branding to imply endorsement of a product, fund, or advisor.

6. Acceptance

Continued use of this site after the date below constitutes acceptance of these terms. To request a custom commercial license, a certification/teaching license, or to report a royalty event, contact the site owner.

A note from the owner:

This document declares intent and puts users on written notice. To make it fully enforceable in your jurisdiction, have a licensed IP attorney convert it into a signed License Agreement and a clickwrap Terms of Service. Until then, it functions as a public license offer and a strong basis for a future claim.
